Millwood Lake hosts both professional and amateur fishing tournaments throught the year. This area is also known for its deer hunting, with bow, muzzle loading & rifle seasons, as well as assorted fowl hunting seasons. Located within 45 minutes of the Resort, you can hunt for diamonds in the Arkansas Crater of Diamonds and visit a 3000-year old Ka-do-ha Indian Village burial grounds. A wide variety of shopping and dining venues, as well as a multiplex movie theater, are available a mere 30 minutes away in Texarkana.”

From Texarkana, take Hwy. 71 north 16 miles to Hwy. 32. Turn east on Hwy. 32 at Ashdown and travel 7 miles to Hwy. 317. Go north on 317 for 2.5 miles to resort on right.
