What is MyROD?
MyROD is an addition to our website. It requires a special login to link you to your Resorts of Distinction account. MyROD allows you to have instant access to your membership profile, reservations, and payments! You will no longer have to wait for a response or for the office to open to book reservations! MyROD is available to you 365 days per year 24 hours per day! But don’t forget about your team of friendly Customer Service Representatives. They are still waiting to assist you from 9 AM-9 PM, Eastern Time, 7 days per week.
How do I login to MyROD?
If you have provided Resorts of Distinction with your e-mail address, you will receive a user name and password for MyROD via e-mail. If you are unsure or cannot find the e-mail, you can contact Resorts of Distinction to verify the e-mail address listed on your account. Once your account e-mail address is updated, you can click “Forgot Password” in the MyROD login screen anytime and enter your e-mail address. Your user name and new temporary password will be sent to that e-mail. Upon your first login, you will be prompted to change this temporary password to something easier for you to remember (but hard for others to forget).
How do I enroll in Resorts of Distinction?
To obtain a membership with Resorts of Distinction, you must first establish a home resort with one of our affiliate resorts. Once a home resort has been established, you can contact their Member Service Department to join Resorts of Distinction.
Does Resorts of Distinction really offer Free Camping?
You may use the facilities and services at any ROD affiliated resort. Site night fees are $10 per night but are waived as long as you follow the guidelines for FREE CAMPING. (Free camping does not apply to family associate or special promotion memberships.)
What is the Travel Account?
To travel in the Resorts of Distinction system you must activate your Travel Account by purchasing Travel Credits. Travel credits can be used for NACC site night reservations, rental units, ancillary products, site night fees, etc.
Why do I need to maintain a Travel Account balance of 25 Travel Credits?
The Travel Account acts as a security deposit for the $25 “No Show” fee.
How do I check my Travel Account balance?
Login to MyROD anytime to check your balance and add travel credits or you can call Customer Service on 1-800-720-7633, from 9AM – 9PM East Coast Time, seven days a week.
How do I gain entrance into my Resorts of Distinction Resorts?
Reservations are required and can be made up to the date of your arrival! Book a reservation, show them your Resorts of Distinction Membership Card when you arrive, and enjoy! It’s that simple!
Are Reservations required?
Reservations are required and there is no fee for ROD site night reservations. That's right, Resorts of Distinction offers FREE reservations! Reservations for rental units are made directly with the resort you wish to visit.
Can I make reservations online?
You can make R.O.D. site reservations online anytime using MyROD.
How many reservations can I have on my account?
You can have up to 3 reservations, or up to a total of 14 nights in reservations. Example: You can have 3, 7 night reservations or 7, 2 night reservations. Once you arrive at your first destination, that reservation clears on check in.
How do I obtain a replacement card?
Requests for replacement cards can be made through your home resort. There is a $5 fee for each additional card.
What happens if my home resort status changes?
You must maintain an active status with your home resort. At any time your home resort status changes; it also affects your Resorts of Distinction membership.
How do I make NACC reservations? Is there a reservation fee?
When making reservations for any North America Camping Club (NACC) park, you may call Resorts of Distinction on 1-800-720-7633. Resorts of Distinction's Customer Service allows you to make all of your site night reservations with one convenient call. You can also make your NACC reservation requests online by clicking here. There is a $2 charge per reservation that will be deducted from your current Resorts of Distinction travel account. Reservations can be made up to 60 days in advance. Upon arrival at the park, present your NACC membership card and save up to 50% off the park's prevailing published rate.
How do I renew my membership?
You can renew your membership at any time prior to the expiration by calling Customer Service on 1-800-720-7633 with a credit card, mail a check or money order to the address below or click here to make a payment online.

What is the difference between Pay as You Go and Free Camping Renewals?
The Pay as You Go option gives you all of the great benefits of your membership and the discounted rate of only $10 per night at Resorts of Distinction Resorts. Pay as You Go members would purchase travel credits prior to making reservations to cover the $10 per night cost of their stay. The Free Camping option allows you all of the same benefits, minus any site nite fees!
Can family associate members visit the same ROD Resort as their parents?
Yes, Associate members and their parents can travel together in the Resorts of Distinction system.
Can others use my membership with permission?
ROD membership privileges extend to the purchasing members and his/her immediate family. The immediate family is defined as the husband and wife and minor (under 21 years of age) children, living at home. Responsible minor children who carry their parent’s Home Resort/ROD Card and a parental letter of permission shall have full ROD program privileges.
Allowing adult family members or friends use of your membership, is not permitted.
Can I order additional directories?
You can order additional directories by calling our Customer Service. The fee for each additional directory is $20.
What is RODside Protection?
RODside Protection is our exclusive roadside protection and emergency towing program. We have two plans available; one including rv’s and the other does not. RODside Protection offers Free Hookup (up to 50 miles towing), Tire service, Battery Service, Emergency Delivery of supplies, Lost Key and Lockout Service, Emergency Trip Expense, Auto Theft Benefit, Emergency Delivery of Supplies, Vacation Savings, and Automobile Service Discounts.
Where can I find the information about hotels, condominiums, and cruises?
You can find all of this and more by visiting www.condotravelclub.com and logging in with your Resorts of Distinction card number or specific member ID.
Does Resorts of Distinction have a radius rule?
Yes, there is an optional 100-mile radius rule. What does this mean? A resort will request to “opt-in” and select the resort(s) within 100 miles in which the rule will be implemented.
Do I ever have to be out of the Resorts of Distinction system for a period of time?
Yes, after visiting a R.O.D. resort for a period of more than 7 nights, you may only return to the R.O.D. system after leaving it for one week (7 nights).
