Situated near the redwood trees, the campsites are secluded, with offshore breezes providing ideal weather conditions during the summer months. Visit the Railroad Depot, the many stores, restaurants and art galleries in the charming town of Duncans Mills. Duncans Mills is a fishermans paradise - just minutes away from charter fishing and whale watching on the Pacific Ocean and steelhead and salmon fishing on the Russian River. Bass, trout and catfish can be found in the many nearby lakes.

Reservations:
RV Site reservations are required and can be made through Resorts of Distinction up to 60 days in advance. Check In & Out: 12:00 Noon. Call resort for late arrival. Rental Reservations can be made by calling the resort directly up to 30 days in advance. No drive-ups. *ROD card must be presented at time of Check In. No exceptions.

Holiday Rules:
Reservations not accepted on major holidays & special events.

Clubhouses (family & adult), spa, right and left horseshoe pits, volleyball, basketball, childrens playground, shuffleboard, kayaking, limited camps with fire rings, and grills at all campsites.

Pet Rules:
Must be on leash and out of all buildings. 2 pet limit. No pets in rental units.

Directions:

From Hwy. 101 take River Road/Russian River Resort Area exit (4 miles north of Santa Rosa) and follow west for 14.5 miles to Guerneville. River Road becomes Hwy. 116. Follow Hwy. 116 for 8 miles through Monte Rio to Duncans Mills (Distance from Hwy. 101 to Duncans Mills is 23 miles). The resort entrance is behind the Old Railroad Depot. From Hwy. 116, turn left (south) onto Moscow Road. Go 100 feet and turn right/west on Steelhead Lane and stay to the right. Resort entrance is 500 feet ahead. Note: Westside Road from Healdsburg to Guerneville is NOT recommended for RVs as road is winding and narrow.
