From Lodi/Stockton area: Hwy 12 WB 10 miles from I-5, cross Mokelumne River Bridge, then right on Brannan Island Rd., 1 mile on right. From San Francisco, South and East Bays: Hwy 4 EB (from I-80 or I-680) 19 miles from I-680 (through Antioch, into Bridgehead); go straight onto Rt. 160 over toll bridge, north 12 miles to Hwy 12; right onto Hwy 12 EB 5 miles, left onto Brannan Island Rd., 1 mile on right. From Marin, Sonoma and Napa Counties: I-80 EB to Hwy 12 EB, 30 miles from I-80, (through Rio Vista); left on Brannan Island Rd., 1 mile on right.
